The YOUTH-IIT consortium unites five organizations from Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Romania, combining complementary expertise in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and sustainability. Together, they create a strong transnational alliance that reflects the values and priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme, ensuring effective implementation and lasting impact across Europe.

“Change Your Life Now” – CYLN (Greece) acts as the coordinating organization and overall project leader. With extensive experience in youth education, conflict resolution, and social inclusion, CYLN ensures efficient management, administrative coordination, and quality assurance across all work packages. The organization specializes in non-formal learning methodologies and psychoeducational programs promoting emotional intelligence, communication skills, and civic engagement. CYLN’s inclusive approach guarantees that young people with fewer opportunities, including NEETs and migrants, are fully integrated into the project’s activities.

The Panhellenic Association of IT, Telecom Applications and New Technologies Companies (PSICT – Greece) contributes advanced technical and pedagogical expertise in ICT and digital entrepreneurship. As leader of the YOUTH-IIT e-learning platform, PSICT designs and implements high-quality digital tools and open educational resources. With a decade of experience in training, research, and digital transformation projects, PSICT ensures that the project’s technological components are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with the EU’s Digital Education Action Plan.

KOMPAKT Consulting (Croatia), a specialized consulting SME, brings solid experience in EU project management, strategic planning, and SME development. KOMPAKT leads the project’s evaluation and assessment framework, guaranteeing the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of outcomes. Its background in supporting local governments and small businesses in rural areas strengthens the project’s socioeconomic relevance and practical orientation.

AIM – Association for Innovative Thinking (Bulgaria) enriches the partnership with its focus on youth empowerment, environmental protection, and circular economy principles. AIM coordinates the development of educational programs under WP2, emphasizing green innovation, entrepreneurship, and non-formal education. Its work ensures that the project’s training materials promote sustainability and environmental awareness among participants.

A.S.E.L. RO (Romania) contributes deep expertise in social economy, innovation, and lifelong learning. As leader of WP4, it develops the YOUTH-IIT Guide and mobile application, integrating pedagogical innovation with accessibility and inclusivity. The organization’s long-standing commitment to social inclusion, digital literacy, and mental well-being enriches the project’s holistic approach.

Together, these five partners form a balanced, interdisciplinary consortium that bridges technology, education, and social impact—empowering young Europeans to become creative, environmentally conscious, and digitally skilled entrepreneurs for the future.
