The YOUTH-IIT consortium unites five organizations from Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Romania, combining complementary expertise in digital innovation, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and sustainability. Together, they create a strong transnational alliance that reflects the values and priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme, ensuring effective implementation and lasting impact across Europe. “Change Your Life Now” – CYLN (Greece) acts as the coordinating organization and overall project leader. With extensive experience in youth education, conflict resolution, and social inclusion, CYLN ensures efficient management, administrative coordination, and quality assurance across all work packages. The organization specializes in non-formal learning methodologies and psychoeducational programs promoting emotional intelligence, communication skills, and civic engagement. CYLN’s inclusive approach guarantees that young people with fewer opportunities, including NEETs and migrants, are fully integrated into the project’s activities. The Panhellenic Association of IT, Telecom Applications and New Technologies Companies (PSICT – Greece) contributes advanced technical and pedagogical expertise in ICT and digital entrepreneurship. As leader of the YOUTH-IIT e-learning platform, PSICT designs and implements high-quality digital tools and open educational resources. With a decade of experience in training, research, and digital transformation projects, PSICT ensures that the project’s technological components are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with the EU’s Digital Education Action Plan. KOMPAKT Consulting (Croatia), a specialized consulting SME, brings solid experience in EU project management, strategic planning, and SME development. KOMPAKT leads the project’s evaluation and assessment framework, guaranteeing the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of outcomes. Its background in supporting local governments and small businesses in rural areas strengthens the project’s socioeconomic relevance and practical orientation. AIM – Association for Innovative Thinking (Bulgaria) enriches the partnership with its focus on youth empowerment, environmental protection, and circular economy principles. AIM coordinates the development of educational programs under WP2, emphasizing green innovation, entrepreneurship, and non-formal education. Its work ensures that the project’s training materials promote sustainability and environmental awareness among participants. A.S.E.L. RO (Romania) contributes deep expertise in social economy, innovation, and lifelong learning. As leader of WP4, it develops the YOUTH-IIT Guide and mobile application, integrating pedagogical innovation with accessibility and inclusivity. The organization’s long-standing commitment to social inclusion, digital literacy, and mental well-being enriches the project’s holistic approach. Together, these five partners form a balanced, interdisciplinary consortium that bridges technology, education, and social impact—empowering young Europeans to become creative, environmentally conscious, and digitally skilled entrepreneurs for the future.
 

ΑΛΛΑΞΕ ΤΗ ΖΩΗ ΣΟΥ ΤΩΡΑ – CYLN

Some of the most basic activities of our company are the following: – Presentations – Conferences – Lectures – Workshops for teachers, parents and students on the prevention and treatment of violence in schools. – The implementation of programs concerning: the institution of Mediation (in particular family mediation & school mediation or mediation in labor disputes), anger management, prevention of violence in schools, non-violent communication as well as restorative practices (such as restorative dialogues in a circle) in the context of restorative justice. The techniques we use to implement the programs are experiential, interactive and in addition to the theoretical framework we use mainly role-playing games and simulations. Some of the basic and most important objectives of our psychoeducational programs aiming at children and teenagers are the following: i) To explore, understand and overcome dysfunctional behaviour models. ii) To develop social and communication skills. iii) To train in recognizing, managing and expressing emotions. iv)To strengthen the self-esteem of the participants. v) To help adopt more effective reactions in confrontational situations. vi) To provide knowledge to prevent and handle future anger – provoking difficulties. vii) To support the belief that the ability to change is within oneself. Our programs aim at: a) helping children, teenagers and adults develop their social skills and learn techniques how to better manage their anger and peacefully resolve potential conflicts, and b) promoting effective teamwork and understanding of the notions of anger, rights, respect for diversity, conciliation and solidarity in an experiential manner using non-formal learning approach and methodology. Our main goal is also the protection and defense of the rights of individuals belonging to vulnerable social groups or those suffering discrimination, their empowerment so that they can express their needs and gain access to services allowing them to make choices. We promote the concept of participation, based on the premise that all people, including children, young people and those belonging to vulnerable social groups have the right to express their opinion on decisions affecting them and learn to claim their rights.

AIM is a newly established NGO in Sofia, Bulgaria that was established by a group of young adults in order to empower and support their peers, children and youth while their search for a better world regarding of education, training, self development and participation pursuits. AIM’s vision is to help create a society in which every person feels accepted, included and appreciated, without any prejudice or bias. AIM works with the local and European community to increase public awareness and advance, innovate and ultimately empower individuals. Our mission is to bring about change to our society by educating, inspiring, and mobilizing the global community. AIM works in different fields of intervention to increase public awareness and to help create opportunities and prospects for all individuals. Therefore, we are working in the following fields:

ASEL

The aim of the Association for Social Economy and Lifelong Learning (A.S.E.L. RO) is to preserve, study and promote the common social interests of its members, in the context of public service. Our General Goal is to develop Social Economy and implement innovative lifelong learning activities.

More specifically, the specific objectives of the Association for Social Economy and Lifelong Learning are the following:
